Commitment to quality in our convention centres

Ouest Congrès pursues an overall quality of service policy. The majority of our convention centres are certified.

We wanted to go even further by creating a specific charter of commitment for Ouest Congrès. This charter is ambitious and multi-focused (customers, employees, service providers and local authorities).

We have given ourselves three years to implement it.
